Ingredients:
- 1 large onion cut end
- 2 medium potatoes cut very thin
- 3 cups of chopped parsley
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 20 cl of light cream
- 2 large spoons of butter
- 1 spoon of fresh lemon juice
- white pepper
Directions:
1- Fry the onions with the butter. Add salt and pepper.
2- Add the potatoes and cook a little.
3- Add the cream and lemon juice.
4- Go all in blender.
5- Taste and add salt and pepper if needed before serving.
