Parsley Soup

 Ingredients:

  • 1 large onion cut end
  • 2 medium potatoes cut very thin
  • 3 cups of chopped parsley
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 20 cl of light cream
  • 2 large spoons of butter
  • 1 spoon of fresh lemon juice
  • white pepper

 

Directions:

1- Fry the onions with the butter. Add salt and pepper.

2- Add the potatoes and cook a little.

3- Add the cream and lemon juice.

4- Go all in blender.

5- Taste and add salt and pepper if needed before serving.
